Dear Father.

I have at last received sailing orders and am being at present at the Showground Sydney and will march into the Domain on Friday morn. I sail early Saturday morn on the Orsova. I bid you farewell and am very sorry you were unable to come down in time to see me.

I want you to get Lily 25/- out of my allotment which you will draw from the ? post office a fortnight after I sail.
